Do I need a public IP address or VPN?
No. With Cloud Sync your MikroTik talks to SimpliFi over normal HTTPS, so it works behind NAT, CGNAT and 4G/5G routers. Other vendors connect through their controller or RADIUS.
How much does it cost?
You start with a 14-day free trial. After that you pay 10% of the WiFi revenue processed through SimpliFi each month. No setup fees.
Who receives the customer payments?
You do. Connect your own Paystack, Hubtel or MTN MoMo account and payments settle directly to you. We only invoice our share.
Which routers are supported?
MikroTik (any RouterOS 6.49+ / 7), TP-Link Omada, Ubiquiti UniFi, Ruijie/Reyee, Grandstream GWN, Cambium cnPilot, OpenWrt/CoovaChilli and any device that speaks RADIUS.
Can customers buy without an app?
Yes. They connect to your WiFi, the captive portal opens, they choose a package and pay with Mobile Money. Vouchers and free trials work too.
Can I sell vouchers through agents?
Yes. Assign voucher stock to agents, track their sales in real time and settle commissions automatically.
Is there a mobile app?
SimpliFi is an installable web app: open it on your phone and tap “Install” (Android) or “Add to Home Screen” (iPhone). It also packages for the Google Play Store.
Can I use my own domain and brand?
Yes. Upload your logo, choose your colours and portal theme, and connect a domain like wifi.yourbusiness.com.
